The journey began in 2001, when founder Gina Uzan experienced severe hair damage from a chemical treatment at a local salon. Determined to find a solution, she left her successful law career behind in hopes of a dream, to seek expert help for her hair—yet nothing worked.  Through determination and innovation, she invented The Flat Method, a breakthrough method of attachment technique that restored her natural hair.

From that moment, The Flat Method was born using only 100% Virgin Donor Hair from her worldwide list of Trusted Donors.  It’s no doubt that with over 24 years of dedication and determination, Gina’s custom extensions have become renowned for their flawless,  lightweight feel, comfortable wear, reusability, versatility and stunning results.

Gina leads a global team of certified and vetted Glam Hair Extensions professionals through her new “INVITE ONLY APP” delivering luxury services and unmatched expertise to the world’s most discerning hair extensions connoisseurs, anytime….anywhere!

Gilles Uzan

Gilles Uzan is a world-class hair stylist for over 30 years, sought after by some of the most influential clients in history. Trained by renowned Parisian stylists Jacque Desange and Patrick Milande, after attending the prestigious Marie Angelique de Fontage School of Beauty, Gilles mastered cutting-edge styles and trends from the fashion capital…Paris, France.

He later moved to the United States, where he established his first salon—Baccarat Salon and then, Glam Hair Extensions. His elite clientele includes notable figures such as Ivana Trump, Marla Maples, Melania Trump, Nikki Taylor, Lenny Kravitz, Eliza Benitez, Pablo Montero, Alejandro Sans, Eduardo Verastegui, Cindy Taylor, just to name a few, along with collaborations with iconic brands like Victoria’s Secret, Christian Dior, People’s Magazine and Ladies’ Home Journal.

Gilles also realized a long-held dream by showcasing his talent at the Premiere Orlando International Hair Shows in 2012 and 2013, where he shined as a Platform Artist. Today, he is dedicated to his clientele while developing and distributing his own designs and training salons and stylists worldwide, continuing to shape the industry with his innovative vision.

Sidney Jamila is a highly sought-after celebrity makeup artist based in Miami, Florida, known for his exceptional ability to create flawless, high-glam looks for red carpets, editorial shoots, and high-profile events. He recently garnered attention as the makeup artist behind Mona Patel’s breathtaking Met Gala look, which was styled by Law Roach.
