Born from 25 years of hands-on practice, personal adversity, and obsessive refinement, Glam was built around a single belief: that women deserve extensions that are truly invisible, genuinely weightless, and completely undetectable. That belief became The Flat Method. That method became Glam.
Today, Glam Hair Extensions is the first salon in Miami to specialize in custom hair extensions, with more than 35,000 clients served – and a reputation that brings clients from across the globe to Sunny Isles Beach.

Glam Hair Extensions is an intimate, appointment-only studio located at 17875 Collins Ave, Floor M, Sunny Isles Beach – steps from the Atlantic Ocean, in one of Miami’s most exclusive zip codes.
Every stylist who carries the Glam name is personally trained by Gina and Gilles – not in generic extension techniques, but in The Flat Method itself. There are no compromises on product, no shortcuts on process, and no substitutions for living donor Slavic hair. Glam is the only salon in the world that matches each client’s hair to a living Private Donor before it is ever cut.
Meet Gina Diaz Uzan – Founder & Inventor
Gina Diaz Uzan is the founder of Glam Hair Extensions and the inventor of The Flat Method – the only hair extension technique of its kind, now formally published in a book and professional training course, and licensed to a select, invite-only global network of certified stylists.
Her path to the hair industry is not a conventional one. In 2001, a chemical treatment at a local salon left her hair severely damaged. She left a successful law career to find a solution. When nothing worked, she invented one.
With more than 25 years of experience and over 35,000 clients served, Gina’s client list includes Pamela Anderson, and her work has been featured at Miami Fashion Week and New York Fashion Week. She is also the co-author of The Flat Method book and online professional training course – bringing the technique to elite salons worldwide.

Located at 17875 Collins Ave, Floor M, Sunny Isles Beach, FL 33160 – our studio is designed for privacy, comfort, and focus. We are steps from the Atlantic Ocean, surrounded by Miami’s finest residential buildings and boutique hotels.
Parking is available on-site. Studio hours are by appointment. We serve clients from Sunny Isles Beach, Aventura, Bal Harbour, Miami Beach, Brickell, Coral Gables, Key Biscayne, and beyond.
