Appointments & Consultations
Consultations are recommended for all new clients, major transformations, extensions, toppers, wigs, hair replacement solutions, and corrective color services.
During consultations, we may discuss:
- Hair goals and expectations
- Hair density, texture, and condition
- Lifestyle and maintenance commitment
- Extension options
- Wig options
- Topper options
- Color matching and customization
- Pricing and maintenance requirements
- Expected longevity and upkeep
Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or appointment rescheduling.
Clients are encouraged to ask questions before approving any service or custom hair order.
Consultation Fee Policy
Consultation fees, when applicable, cover professional evaluation, education, color matching, and product recommendations.
Consultation fees are non-refundable.
24-Hour Cancellation Policy
We respectfully require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or appointment reschedule.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of deposits and may require prepayment for future appointments.
Appointment times are reserved exclusively for each client, especially for custom hair and luxury services.
Deposits
Certain services require a non-refundable deposit in order to reserve appointment time and begin preparation or customization.
Deposits are applied toward the final service total.
Deposits may be forfeited for late cancellations, no-shows, or failure to proceed with scheduled services after customization or preparation has begun.
Custom Hair Orders & Final Sale Policy
All custom hair purchases and personalized orders are FINAL SALE once approved and processed.
This includes:
- Hair Extensions
- Great Lengths
- Hair Toppers
- Wigs
- Hair Replacement Systems
- Custom Color Orders
- Hair Color Services
- Treatments
- Haircuts
- Special Orders
- Customized or Altered Hair Pieces
- Installed Hair Services
Due to hygiene regulations and the customized nature of luxury hair products and services, refunds, exchanges, cancellations, or changes of mind cannot be accepted once an order has been approved, authorized, or processed.
Final Approval & Change of Mind Policy
Clients are responsible for selecting the hair solution, service, color, extension method, topper, wig, or hairpiece they wish to purchase.
By approving a purchase, custom order, or service plan, the client confirms they have had the opportunity to ask questions and fully understand the recommendation, pricing, maintenance requirements, and expected results.
Once approval has been given and a purchase has been authorized:
- Changes in preference or personal taste
- Buyer’s remorse
- Indecision
- Requests for a different product after approval
- Changes of mind regarding color, length, density, texture, or style
do not qualify for refunds, exchanges, credits, cancellations, or modifications.

Luxury hair services often require preparation, customization, multiple appointments, and ongoing maintenance.
We strive to provide realistic expectations regarding:

- Maintenance requirements

Results may vary depending on:
- Natural hair condition

- Maintenance routine
Exact results, longevity, color retention, or performance cannot be guaranteed.
Custom work requires preparation, ordering, customization, and scheduling time. Rush requests cannot always be accommodated, and larger transformations may require multiple appointments.
Maintenance
Hair extensions, toppers, wigs, hair replacement systems, and color services require ongoing maintenance and proper home care.
Clients are responsible for:
- Following recommended care instructions
- Scheduling maintenance appointments
- Using professional products when advised
- Properly maintaining their investment between visits
Color fading, wear, tangling, and natural shedding may occur over time and are considered normal.
Failure to properly maintain hair may affect longevity, appearance, and results.
Personal Belongings Policy
While we do our best to provide a safe and comfortable environment, Glam Hair Extensions is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
We kindly ask clients to keep valuables, jewelry, handbags, electronics, and personal items with them at all times during their visit.
Clients are also advised to avoid wearing delicate or high-value clothing items during color, chemical, or extension services, as certain beauty products may accidentally transfer or stain despite careful application.
Guests & Children
To maintain a relaxing luxury environment, we kindly ask that only scheduled clients attend appointments unless previously arranged.
Satisfaction Policy
Our goal is for every client to leave feeling confident and beautiful.
If adjustments are needed, concerns must be communicated within 48 hours of the appointment so we may review the service appropriately.
Adjustment requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and do not guarantee refunds, credits, or complimentary services.
Respectful Environment
We are committed to maintaining a professional, respectful, and positive salon atmosphere for both clients and staff.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying abusive, threatening, inappropriate, or disruptive behavior.
